Champions FoxLeague: The December 2026 Gold Edition
Champions FoxLeague is coming this December. The December 2026 Gold edition brings 36 teams together by invitation from the leaderboard. FoxLeague adds 168,000 $FOXSY for the top 24. The champion can take home up to 93,000 $FOXSY.

FoxLeague's biggest competition
Champions FoxLeague is the big one. All 36 teams play one league phase in a single table: 8 matchdays, 8 matches per team. The best 24 go on to a knockout phase played over two legs, up to a single-match final. That is 190 matches in all.
- Places 1 to 8 go straight to the round of 16
- Places 9 to 24 play a two-legged knockout play-off for the other 8 seats
- Places 25 to 36 are out
The play-off, the round of 16, the quarter-finals and the semi-finals are all played over two legs. The 3rd place match and the final are single matches.
How you get in
There is no sign-up list: the seats go to the leaderboard. On 1 December the leaderboard is frozen and the 36 highest eligible teams are invited. To be eligible, a team needs:
- at least one match in the 14 days before the snapshot
- a full squad it owns, 11 starters plus 7 substitutes, none of them up for sale
- no seat in another Champions FoxLeague that is still running
Accepting the invitation is joining: you pay the 5,000 $FOXSY entry as you accept. Seats nobody takes go to the next teams in two more waves. From the third wave on, the seats are locked in. If the edition is not full when registration closes, it is cancelled and every entry is refunded on chain.
Key dates
- 1 December: the snapshot and wave 1. The leaderboard is frozen and the top 36 are invited
- 5 December: wave 2. Free seats go to the next teams
- 7 December: wave 3, the last call. Seats are locked in
- 9 December: registration closes. The draw makes 4 pots of 9
- 16 December: kick-off, one match every hour
- 24 December: the final. Champions before Christmas
Prizes
The entry is 5,000 $FOXSY per team, which makes an entry pool of 180,000 $FOXSY. The winner takes 81,000 $FOXSY, the runner-up 54,000 and 3rd place 27,000.
On top of the pool, FoxLeague adds 168,000 $FOXSY for the top 24:
- 12,000 $FOXSY to each of the 8 quarter-finalists
- 6,000 $FOXSY to each team out in the round of 16
- 3,000 $FOXSY to each team out in the play-off
So the champion can take home up to 93,000 $FOXSY.
The road starts on the leaderboard
Every rule, from the draw and the pots to the tie-breakers and the two-legged ties, is in the FoxLeague manual. The seats go to the teams at the top on 1 December, so the time to climb is now at foxleague.ai.
See you at the top, coaches!
